Eid Mubarak

Eid Mubarak... This time I didn't invite any friends over . Honestly, I tak larat nak masak banyak-banyak, penat from the last Eid Fitri masih terasa. Like any other year I would cook something for my family, I like Eid. The best time of the year. Even though Eid Adha is not as meriah as Eid Fitri. It reminds me when I was a kid. It was always filled with enthusiasm. So till now no matter where I am, the excitement and entusiasm of celebrating eid is still in me. I got up early this morning to prepare some dishes for our breakfast. While the kids were still sleeping, I did some cleaning and tumis-menumis, rebus the instant ketupat and prepared the garnishing for my laksa lemak mee hoon. By the time everybody got up, cleaned and got dressed our breakfast was ready on the table. Hope these would keep them full till lunch time. A friend is inviting us this afternoon. Jom jalan-jalan raya sambil menjamu selera.
