Cloudy with a chance of....

.......Rain!!!!!!! Well it's just rain, why am I making such a big deal about it. It's not like meatballs falling from the sky. You don't have any idea how much I missed the rain. When was the last time I heard the sound of thunder? It was a year ago. It doesn't make sense how the roaring sound of thunder can put a smile on someone's face. But somehow it does make me smile. It's raining, finally!! Rain in Doha!

Grabbed my camera and ran outside. I have to blog about it. Telling the world, well... not exactly the entire world but those who care and know how it feel not having any rain in a year. I've blogged about it before, how joyful it was for us here when it rained. While back home it rains almost everyday and some find it annoying, we grumble and complain about too much drought or too much rain. Experiencing life in a different climate and culture taught me to appreciate little things in life.

Rain, rain please don't go away. I don't mind if it's raining the whole day. I don't mind if my car gets dirty again even after a good washed. Stay a little longer, it makes my garden happy.
