Our lunch today

It's 12 noon and I've just finished cooking lunch. Since I still have time before the kids home from school.... presenting my very own recipe, the simple yet deliciouse tumeric fried rice and fried chicken. The campak-campak one. A bowl of salad to complete the meal would be nice too. Lebih menyelerakan with the chilly sauce. The kids totally love this.

Resepinye kalau nak cuba.

1 ekor ayam di potong
2 inchi halia
4 ulas bawang putih
garam secukup rasa
2 sudu kecil serbuk kari daging
1 sudu besar serbuk kunyit
*bawang putih & halia ditumbuk
Perap ayam dengan bahan tersebut dan biar selama 30 min.
Kemudian bolehlah digoreng.

Resepi nasi
3 ulas bawang besar
3 ulas bawang putih
1 inchi halia
*semua di potong halus
Rempah ratus
Tumis semua bahan tersebut menggunakan bekas minyak gorengan ayam tadi. Biar sampai kekuningan.
Masukkan nasi dan goreng hingga sebati. Garam secukup rasa.

Chilly sauce
4 biji cili merah
3 ulas bawang putih
*Dikisar halus
4 sudu chilly sauce maggi
air seckupnya
Semua bahan tadi dicampur sekali.
